AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR YOUNG ADULTS

You have a job that you enjoy, and in your free time, you engage in activities with friends, play sports, or do other enjoyable activities. So far so good. However, it’s simply impossible to find a place of your own. The waiting lists for social rental housing are sky-high, getting a mortgage seems out of your reach, and renting a room or apartment is simply too expensive. This is where 1828 comes into play; 1828 offers affordable housing specially designed for young adults with a 5-year rental contract!

YOUR OWN APARTMENT

1828 is a housing concept designed for young adults between the ages of 18 and 28. You can rent an affordable apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom. You have the option to choose from one-bedroom apartments (approximately 25 m² for around €625 for 1 person) or two-bedroom apartments (approximately 50 m² for around €900 for 2 people). Rental subsidies are possible depending on your situation.

The building is designed in a way that makes it easy for you to meet fellow peers whenever you feel like it. For instance, in the lounge area where you can work, exercise, enjoy a cup of coffee, play games, share a pizza, or watch a movie together.

SHARING IS CARING

Doing laundry? Need a drill? A (spare) bicycle? Or a car? The items you don’t need on a daily basis can be borrowed and shared at 1828. Convenient, good for your wallet, and sustainable!
